Spas Online: Research Your Get-Away on the Web

Posted by William on August 19, 2011

The Web is a valuable tool for researching travel information. Why spend time requesting brochures by mail, calling various resorts and dealing with travel agents? Think of the Web as your personal travel agent, available 24 hours a day at the click of a mouse! Just spend a couple hours surfing the Net and you’ll find a wealth of information at your fingertips. Here are a few good places to start:

The Spa Source: Search the world of spas at this web site. The Spa-Finder allows you to search for fitness resorts by keyword, name of spa, type of spa, state, and/or country. You’ll also find articles from the Spa-Finder Newsletter and a few spa recipes so you can prepare healthy resort-style food in your own kitchen.

Spa Magazine: Search by state or category for resorts and day spas worldwide. This site also offers health and fitness articles from Spa Magazine.

Spa Wish: Search the day spa directory, which provides details on over 700 spas nationwide, then order a gift certificate, good for any service at any salon.

Resort to Fitness: This site provides full descriptions of some popular spas, including special services and rates. It’s a bit difficult to navigate and too colorful for my taste, but you can find listings of spas that offer sports and adventure activities, as well as alternative/holistic, weight management and stress management services.

Yahoo! Directory of Health Resorts: Yahoo has a pretty good listing of fitness vacations and spas.

There is info about human growth hormone, that may greatly help you obtain lots of benefits like improve skin, control ageing.
